CURRICULUM
We aim to provide our
pupils with a broad, vibrant and enriched curriculum through which they are
challenged and can strive for academic, creative, sporting and personal
achievement.
The Bramford and Somersham Primary School curriculum consists of:
the National Curriculum core and foundation subjects, which are taught through relevant and inspiring topics and themes such as ‘Seaside Rescue,’ ‘Explorers,’ ‘The Great Fire of London,’ ‘Space,’ ‘Water, water everywhere,’ and ‘Ancient Egypt.’ Religious Education, PHSE and Citizenship Values for Life Visits and visitors to enrich our curriculum and make it memorable Opportunities to work and learn as a Federation
In both of our schools, our curriculum runs over a two-year cycle separated into Year A and Year B. The cycle is currently running as follows:
