Bramford and Somersham

Primary School Federation

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

At Bramford and Somersham Primary Federation we are committed to offering a broad, balanced curriculum to ensure the best possible progress for all our pupils.

Our Federation is committed to a policy of inclusion: one in which the teaching, learning, achievements, attitudes and well-being of all children matter, including those identified as having special educational needs or disabilities.

This is fully underpinned by our vision and values of aspiration and combined excellence for everyone, along with our three curriculum drivers of 'health and happiness, our world and diversity.'

Mrs T Cater is our Bramford Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENDCO)

Miss L Wilkins is our Somersham Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENDCO)

If you would like to contact them with any concerns, then you can call or email the school offices and they will forward your email or phone call message to her.

Leaders are ambitious for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Skilled adults provide good support for the pupils. Teachers plan activities that ensure the pupils achieve well. Pupils with complex needs are sociable, confident and work happily in class.
